Someone told me there is a such thing as a make-up that is in a powder form, but it can be transform into liquid form.Is there a good make-up that is both powder %26amp; liquid?
Most compact powders can have water added and used as liquid like powder shadows. Clinique's perfectly real works really good like that, I worked as a counter manager for 2 years
