What is the difference between liquid pectin and poweder pectin? I want to make wine jelly. I have made it before but lost my notes/recipe. The recipe I found calls for liquid pectin and I only have poweder. I can not remember how long it takes to set up either.Are liquid and powder pectin interchangable?
