What is the best and economical industrial way to convert viscous liquid into powder form ?

It would depend on the substance but spray drying is probably the best. The liquid is sprayed as an aerosol and dried at the same time. This generally gives a nice fine powder.





Another way is to dry the liquid and then crush/ grind the solid into a powder.
