They usually have a helpline no. on the side of the packet which you can ring and order the ball free of charge. If not on the Bold packet, try checking the sides of other brand packs at the supermarket and order one of theirs.
phone the company on the bottle is it lever or proctor and gamble, anyway, they will send one out to you. you might wait a few days so i'd buy a different detergent til then x
There's contact details on the bottle. Until you get one just put the liquid in the drawer
