Is it possible for my 19 month old to get a rash if I switched from liquid to powder laundry detergent?

They are still the same brand of detergent. Is it possible for my 19 month old to get a rash if I switched from liquid to powder laundry detergent?
Very possible, my daughter got a rash from DUO powder cause my dad brought it as I was using something else and I took her to the doctor and he said to check the powder I was using and I stopped using it and sure enough her rash went away.

I would try to use the liquid detergent again or maybe try something else and see if it goes away.

Good luck.Is it possible for my 19 month old to get a rash if I switched from liquid to powder laundry detergent?
Yes! My daughter gets a bad rash from powdered Sunlight. Poor thing had a rash all over her tummy, back, and legs. It was worse around her neck. Once as I switched back to a hypoallergenic brand called Baby Soft.- the rash cleared up. Sunlight and Tide are very abrasive and I won't wash her clothes in it anymore.
yes, there could be a different ingredient in the powder, its happened to me! i suffer from nettle rash and when it first happened we had changed ours! but it could be something else so if it persists, take her to the doctors.
of course!!!

baby skin is the most sensitive.

just be careful with what you use.
ya cause the stuff in it could be an alergic reaction
YES!

This happened to my daughter

I used the Dreft on her

And switched her to the powdered tide I believe

and she was covered in a rash

the first thing the doctor asked me, was if i changed anything

The doctor concluded it was from the detergent
yep....
I think it's very possible. The soap residue from each form may be very different. I'd go back to what you had been using and see if it helps.
