if you want to cover up mark use concealer. foundation is just meant to even your skin tone if you need REAL go with concealer(thats what its mean for) Clinique has a GREAT one thats hypoallergenic and you litterally need a speck and it does wonders and its like 13 bucks. If you want further cover buy a matte (non shiny) foundation clinique has great foundation for 20 or almay is great for like 9 $ you can also top that off with a light layer of loose powder (maybelline is great and its only 4$) to combat any shine and blend everything togetherLiquid powder?
