What is the difference between liquid/powder make-up?

What is the order make-up should be applied in (concealer/foundation)?What is the difference between liquid/powder make-up?
I typically put concealer first, then foundation, then powder (if necessary). You can also do foundation and THEN concealer, if you prefer. Experiment to see what looks best on your skin.

ok, powder make-up will go on much more naturally but is a little more expensive. Liquid will go on less naturally but covers well. I apply the concealer first then the foundation.
