Powder or Liquid laundry detergent?

Why? Powder or Liquid laundry detergent?
Liquid because powders are terrible on septic systems, and even if you don't have a septic system powders are so hard on your pipes and on the cities treatment plant because no matter how much water you add to a powder it never dissolves completely. Powder or Liquid laundry detergent?
The powder and liquid work just the same. I use the Method brand detergent at Target that is liquid with the fabric softener and it cleans the clothes super clean. It is very gentle on the clothes and give it a natural nice smell.
Liquid detergent is just powdered detergent with water added. Why pay extra for water that you can add later at home? Why carry home soap with water added? It's better to just use powdered soap and add the water yourself.
I prefer liquid. Depending on the hardness and temperature of your water, powder may not dissolve completely leaving you with powdery, itchy clothes!
Liquid. Powder detergent can build up over time and build up a crust on various components of your washing machine.
Myself I prefer liquid as for as why really don't have a really snappy good answer for that one.

because they both clean well.
Liquid if you use cold water, powder is OK for warm water but too bulky to keep around.
Liquid....ALL Free %26amp; Clear :)

Powder detergents are too messy
liquid. less messy. no white powder soap stains on my clothes.
Liquid. Not sure really, in my head it just seems to get things cleaner.
Liquid. Don't have to wait for it to dissolve.
