i usually use mac select moisturecover under my eyes alone. but i was wondering if i could wear powder over it?Can i use a liquid concealer and a powder foundation over it?
Of course you can. Concealer is just for targeting specific areas. Powder foundation will even out your skin tone after concealer!
Happy covering! Can i use a liquid concealer and a powder foundation over it?
yes. just be sure to blend so it doesnt look cakey... ive found that sometimes its better to put on foundation first and then concealer. i know thats backwards but sometimes my foundation will rub off the concealer once i put it on and its really annoying! so i do it backwards and then apply powder and blend it all so it looks natural.
Yes but when you add don't just powder it on.. if that makes sense. apply powder to your brush then apply in a buffing motion, around in circles. hope this makes sense.
Yes its the best way to keep your makeup fresh for a longer period of time
yeah i think so

Do you bring liquid or powder detergent to a laundromat in London?
Never been to London.
So they have laundromats there?Do you bring liquid or powder detergent to a laundromat in London?
I find liquid better as the water is very very hard in LondonDo you bring liquid or powder detergent to a laundromat in London?
For your first visit see what they vend in the laundromat, but surly it doesn't matter that much.
liquid
small concentrsted bottles of ALL liquid are great. If they sell them over there . Its brand new product here in the US.
About the size of a large dish liquid bottle.Works great
Either most have dispensors also so you don't have to bring anything(except a few LB's)
I personally prefer liquid because the water is hard and it dissolves better but you can use powder if you like.
Also liquid transports better, neater.
I personally use the liquid but I don't know how things are done in London either!
pour it into your laundry and carry all together
What is a Laundromat ?
get the liqui tabs there easy and no mess, just pop it in the washer and away u go
happy wash day xx

How do you mix acrylic powder and liquid together?
i have got some arylic powder its proper salon stuff and i have the lotion to mix it up with. i havent got a clue how to mix them up and how much of each i need to put on the nails. How do you mix acrylic powder and liquid together?
Don't use it if you are not a professional. It is a recipe for disaster...It is like performing surgery with out a Dr degree, really. You are dealing with chemicals. You can cause serious harm and infection to yourself. How do you mix acrylic powder and liquid together?
You need a special type of brush which you dip in the acrylic liquid, swipe off the excess liquid then dip the tip into the powder to form a ball. Tap the brush over paper to remove excess powder then flatten the ball over the nail, DO NOT USE BRUSHSTROKES! I know this from watching when I have my nails done but I am not a professional and would never consider doing it myself! Stick the stuff on eBay and use the sale money to get your nails done professionally.
agree with other answer if you dont know what you are doing it is not good idea. dont think you mix them together - as far as i know from what they do in salons is dip brush in liquid then in powder so you get a ball of powder on brush then apply to nail and spread out. get advice from a nail technician if you have any doubt
As both answers, you shouldn't be doing this unless trained. It took me a long time to get the balance right. It sounds like you will be giving it a go anyway so i'll try and explain. Dip you brush in your liquid, gently swipe the sides of the container it is in to remove any excess. Then with the tip of the brush gently swirl (just the very tip of the brush ) into your acylic powder. This should pick up a small ball of the powder turning into a gel looking substance. This is then ready to pat down onto the nail (firstly across the seam of where the nail tip has been applied ) The reason for adding it here is to add strength to the weakest part of the nail. Then a smaller ball of product needs to be applied just sightly above the cuticle and then sweep across down the nail. If you dip into the liquid and dab off the excess as before you can pat over the nail to smoothen the acrylic you have applied. Very hard to explain without physically showing you but this is something that will take a lot of practice. Good luckopera cd uk

Which laundry detergent is better, liquid or powder.?
The differences are SO slight, between them, -you might as well just go for the one that's the cheapest or easiest for you to use. Most of the people I know LOVE the ';Tide'; brand- but everyone has their OWN favorites. :)Which laundry detergent is better, liquid or powder.?
I don't know that one is better than the other, but I prefer liquid because it seems to rinse out better than dry soap powder.Which laundry detergent is better, liquid or powder.?
for many reason's ,i was told by an appliance repair man ,that powder clogs the pipe's ,it's better to use liquid.
The Enviorment likes Liquid better. Then powder is fine but the liquid dissolves better.
In my opinion liquid. It dissolves better.
Either is good.... I prefer the liquid because it dissolves more rapidly in the water... Especially in cold water.
I love Gain liquid Detergent , but as far as powder Tide with bleach is #1
I sometimes use both.
I prefer an unscented Liquid. It seems to mix
better with the water, and to rinse out thoroughly.
Definately the liquid. Would you wash your car with powder stuff and water? of course not.
liquid of course.....

What do you think of liquid cheese with powder vegetable soup for flavor?
I think it's impossible to have an actual liquid REAL cheese. If you're talking about some fake cheese-flavored water, then it all sounds disgusting and horribly unhealthy. Both the cheese powder and the vegetable soup mix are loaded with sodium and preservatives. Why not make a homemade vegetable soup; and melt some real cheese into it?
Whats brand has good foundation either powder or liquid?
thats not too expensive. or if it is expensive, at least you get a nice amount.Whats brand has good foundation either powder or liquid?
clinique is the bomb. they have one that goes on like a concealer and dries like a powder and feels really light but covers well.Whats brand has good foundation either powder or liquid?
Bare Minerals, Clinique, or Physicians Formula make excellent foundations in powder or liquid.
Bare Minerals. Now, I've never used it, but all I've heard is good things about it. I actually went to a makeup store with my friend, and she wanted to try it, so they put it on for her, to find the right shade. After she was done, her skin looked phenomenal. It'd kinda pricey where I live, but I think the results are worth it.
Everyday minerals, cheap go to their Custom kits http://www.everydayminerals.com/g?t=kits where you can order a FREE sample makeup kit 3 Foundations
1 Blushe %26amp; Face Color ,1 Concealer, you get small amounts that will last for abot 10 applications depending on how much and often you use them( 3 foundations to figure out what shade is right for you)
All you pay for this kit is shipping cost which is 5 dollars or less depending on where you are.
Even if you buy a full size pot its cheaper than other mineral makeups and great quality, just read the reviews
The really cheap covergirl works pretty good, lots of shades etc..
(plus they have good coverage)
and the covergirl in the shiny case works well too, it's for aging people, covers wrinkles!! :D
(foundation is like $3 and powder is about $6-7)
I like Clinique powder foundation.
LAminerals.com
I just ordered both their foundations, Hollywood it's $17 something, and NoHoGlo it's $20 something. The jars are plenty big, and a little goes a long way! They have really cheap samples with free shipping. THat's what I did first.
